Shipping costs are added on top of the item prices and are calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping may be offered during certain promotions or for orders above a specific amount – keep an eye out for current offers!
Delivery Policy
Delivery Time
At AVALI, we strive to ensure your order is delivered quickly, safely, and smoothly. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with delivery information.
Within Sweden: 2–5 business days after shipment
Other European countries: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom, USA, Canada: approximately 5–12 business days
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

We ship our packages via PostNord, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the EU, USA, United Kingdom, and Canada.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local holidays, or unforeseen delays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.
Customs, VAT, and Import Fees
International Orders
For orders to the UK and Canada, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and/or administrative fees may apply before delivery according to local regulations. For customers in the USA, import duties apply and are calculated at checkout.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly indicated at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import fees charged by the destination country or carrier. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount.
If a shipment is not collected or refused due to unpaid customs or import fees, we reserve the right not to refund the shipping cost and to deduct any costs incurred.
Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected within the specified time and is returned to us, an administrative fee of 150 SEK will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
