Return Policy
You have 14 days to request a return from the date you received your item, with the right to a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. AVALI is not responsible for delays or lost shipments. We recommend sending items back via trackable shipping and keeping the receipt from the shipping provider.
To request a return, please contact us at support@avali.se to receive instructions on how to return your item. Returns will only be accepted if you contact us within the 14-day return window. Items returned without an approved request will not be accepted.
Once we have processed your return – usually within 2 weeks of receiving it – you will receive an email confirming that the return has been completed. The email will also include information regarding your refund.
AVALI reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this return policy.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.
